All participating barbers are selected through our H&H Barber Internship program. In collaboration with alternative city and statewide programs, all barbers are screened and appointed for 6 months. Our barbers range from master level to apprentice. All barbers are paid stipends though sponsorship and funding from the Papitto Opportunity Connection.
